The organizing committee of the Workshop of Operators INTRUS announces, that the annual workshop INTRUS-2003 will be held again in Dubna, Moscow region from 23th to 25th September 2003. The workshop institutor is "Networks Initiatives Support Foundation" under the auspices of "Contact Company", "Stack Soft", "Zenon N.S.P.".
The topic of the Workshop - "Integration Of Services In Telecom". During the Workshop its members are supposed to discuss tendencies in service development, technical and technological problems and solutions, questions of organization of business and management in telecommunication companies, development perspectives of this business all over Russia.

Traditionally, Workshop INTRUS gathers representatives of notable telecommunication companies - Cable&Wireless, TeliaSonera, WorldCom, ÐTKOMM, Komstar, RASKOM, COMET, the largest Russian ISP and ICP - Combelga, Zenon N.S.P., Yandex, RBK, hardware and software manufacturers - Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, Alcatel, Juniper Networks, Microsoft, as well as representatives of telecom services operators, services providers from Moscow and region, public bodies.
Workshop Program
The Workshop will be held for 3 days. English and Russian are the working languages of the Workshop. During the Workshop its participants are supposed to discuss the questions and problems of services development in telecommunications in Russia. Also, questions of collaboration, partnership and integration in work of telecommunication services operators, traditional, cell, and IP-telephony operators, Internet-providers and providers of applications are going to be discussed.
Social Program
Social program includes a welcome party, boat trip down the Volga river, a picnic on a picturesque bank of the Volga, and a closing banquet with live music.

Participant's fee is US$350 (without VAT). The fee includes:
- Registration fee;
- Transfer from Moscow to Dubna and back;
- Hotel accommodation for 4 days;
- Breakfast, lunch, refreshments during the breaks;
- Banquets and excursions.
Hotel accommodation and meals for accompanying people are extra charged.
The fee can be paid on registration or transferred to the settlement account of "Networks Initiatives Support Foundation".
Workshop Site
The workshop will take place in Dubna, Moscow region in the House of Scientists of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
